Terms and Conditions

• Age must be more than 18 to make bookings, any bookings below age 18 will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
• Guests must publish their Govt approved ID cards during the time of check-in.
• We allow only couples, women groups and mix of women & men.
• Use of tobacco, alcohol inside the premises is prohibited, guests with any such activities found will be expelled from the premises.
• No additional décor such as party poppers, fireworks, flyers are allowed.
• No additional time will be granted than the stipulated hours of booking.
• Any changes in booking should be informed 3 days in advance, else the booking amount will not be refunded.
• PDA, sexual activities are strictly prohibited and guests any such activities found will be expelled from the premises.
• No car parking is available around the premises, car parking is completely at your risk.
• HappyTyms completely deserves the right to cancel the booking on any unforeseen instances and the booking amount will be refunded in 10 working days.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and you may need to cancel your booking. We have developed the following refund policy to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund process.

Refund Process

• If you decide to cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days without penalty.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling.
